The Same Page Assessment

How Intentionally Are You Doing Your Part to Build Life Together?

Building a life together takes two, but intentionality starts with how you show up.

This assessment gives you an honest look at how you're contributing to the direction, partnership, and rhythms that help you and your partner build life on one team.

You'll reflect on five areas:

1) Shared Direction

2) Spiritual Alignment

3) Communication & Decisions

4) Roles & Partnership

5) Execution & Rhythm

Before You Begin

Answer each statement based on how you're currently showing up; not how you hope to show up or what you wish your partner would do differently. You don't need your partner to take the assessment with you.

At the end, you'll receive your score and see where you're already showing up intentionally, and where you have an opportunity to become even more intentional.

Be honest. Don't overthink it. Go with your first instinct.

1 = Strongly Disagree · 2 = Disagree · 3 = Neither Agree nor Disagree · 4 = Agree · 5 = Strongly Agree
