We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented M&A Specialist to expand Handle’s client and investor base. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship-building skills with sales performance expertise, capable of identifying and converting high-value opportunities within the corporate and investment landscape.
This is a front-facing, performance-driven role focused on client acquisition, relationship management, and deal origination.
You will work closely with Senior Partners to strengthen our market presence, drive revenue growth, and position Handle as a trusted advisor in the M&A and capital markets ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, engage, and acquire new clients and investors across corporate, private equity, and family office segments
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and investment professionals
• Support the origination of M&A mandates, joint ventures, and strategic investment opportunities
• Conduct market research and competitive mapping to identify potential partners
• Collaborate with M&A and Strategy teams to align client needs with Handle’s offerings
• Participate in industry events and investor forums to enhance visibility and generate qualified leads
• Drive measurable performance through structured outreach, relationship nurturing, and mandate closures
• Prepare pitch materials, proposals, and client presentations
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or capital markets
• Strong record in client acquisition, sales, and relationship management
• Solid understanding of corporate finance and transaction processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Commercial mindset and confidence in target-driven environments
• Network within corporates, investors, or family offices in the GCC or Europe is a plus
