Botslab operates Botslab Beta Club.
Information we collect
We collect information you submit when applying for or participating in the program, including your name, email, country, application answers, device information, testing feedback, and uploaded files. If needed for product delivery, we also collect your shipping address and phone number.
How we use your information
We use your information to review applications, select testers, manage testing activities, send program notices, deliver products, review feedback, administer rewards, and improve Botslab products.
Service providers
We use third-party services, including Tally for forms and Airtable for program records, to support these activities. These providers process information under their applicable privacy terms. Hosting, email, and delivery providers may also process information as needed to operate the program.
Retention
We retain your information for one year after your last participation in the program, unless applicable law requires a longer period.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or withdraw from the program, by emailing botslab.andy@gmail.com. We handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
Photos, videos, and testimonials
Participation does not automatically authorize public use of your name, photos, videos, or testimonials. We will request separate permission before using identifiable participant content for publicity.
Please avoid submitting passwords, payment details, or unnecessary personal information about other people.
