Accounting & Finance Operations Assistant (Xero Experience Required)

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role supports our U.S.-based eCommerce companies with bookkeeping, finance operations, administrative support, HR documentation, SOP management, and ClickUp/system organization.
We are looking for someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and experienced with Xero and operational workflows. Your ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly is essential for this role.
