Westbank Harvest – Work Exchange & Farm Stay Application

Farm safety is non-negotiable. Are you willing to follow safety instructions, use tools and equipment only when authorized, stay out of restricted machinery, workshop, production and storage areas unless given permission, and ask whenever you are uncertain?

Shared accommodation requires everyone to clean up after themselves and participate fairly in shared-household responsibilities, including kitchen and bathroom cleanliness, food-storage hygiene, garbage and recycling, and care of common areas. Are you willing to consistently follow these expectations?

Can you commit to communicating respectfully and resolving disagreements without threats, intimidation, harassment, aggressive behaviour, or violence toward residents, volunteers, workers, visitors, or management?

I have read the 12 Farm Health Codes above and understand that following them is a condition of participating in the Westbank Harvest work-exchange and farm-stay environment. Am I willing to follow all 12 while staying on the property?
