กติกาและข้อปฏิบัติการเล่นกิจกรรมร่วมสนุก “Quiz Season”
1. กิจกรรมร่วมสนุก “Quiz Season” นี้ (“กิจกรรมร่วมสนุก”) จัดขึ้นโดย บริษัท บิทคับ แล็บส์ จำกัด ด้วยการสนับสนุนจากพันธมิตรธุรกิจ ซึ่งเป็นกิจกรรมร่วมสนุกที่จัดขึ้นภายในงานกิจกรรม ในวันที่ 9 ตุลาคม 2569
2. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมจะต้องได้ลงทะเบียน ตกลงยอมรับข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของงานกิจกรรม “Bitkub INZIGHTS 2026 ตลาดฟื้น รับฤดูใหม่” (
https://luma.com/da7ppbga)" และได้รับอนุมัติให้เข้าร่วมงานกิจกรรมดังกล่าวแล้วเท่านั้น จึงจะมีสิทธิเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมร่วมสนุกนี้
3. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมสามารถเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมร่วมสนุกนี้ได้เพียง 1 (หนึ่ง) ครั้งต่อท่าน เท่านั้น และสิทธิในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมนี้เป็นสิทธิเฉพาะบุคคล ไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิให้บุคคลอื่น แลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือสิ่งของอย่างอื่นใดได้
4. ในการเข้าร่วมเล่นกิจกรรมร่วมสนุก ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมรับทราบและจะปฏิบัติตามกติกาและข้อปฏิบัติการเล่นกิจกรรม ดังต่อไปนี้
(ก) ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะต้องสแกน QR Code เพื่อร่วมเล่นกิจกรรมร่วมสนุก ภายในระยะเวลาที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด เท่านั้น
(ข) ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมจะต้องตอบคำถามผ่านระบบที่บริษัท กำหนด ณ สถานที่จัดกิจกรรมร่วมสนุก
(ค) ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมที่มีคะแนนสะสมสูงสุด 14 อันดับแรก จะมีสิทธิได้รับของรางวัลดังต่อไปนี้
ลำดับที่ 1 : Trezor Safe 3 จำนวน 1 เครื่อง (มูลค่าเครื่องละ 3,790 บาท)
ลำดับที่ 2 : SafePal S1 จำนวน 1 เครื่อง (มูลค่าเครื่องละ 2,190 บาท)
ลำดับที่ 3 ถึง 4 : CryptoSafe Pro จำนวน 1 เครื่อง (มูลค่าเครื่องละ 1,790 บาท)
ลำดับที่ 5 ถึง 14 : เสื้อ Bitkub GQ Polo จำนวน 1 ตัว (มูลค่าตัวละ 1,990 บาท)
โดยในการพิจารณาลำดับของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมที่จะมีสิทธิได้รับของรางวัล บริษัทฯ จะจัดลำดับการมอบรางวัลจากลำดับคะแนนที่ปรากฏบนระบบ (คะแนนสะสมสูงสุดและความรวดเร็วในการตอบคำถาม) ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ มีดุลพินิจแต่เพียงผู้เดียวเกี่ยวกับการจัดกิจกรรมร่วมสนุก และผลการตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ให้ถือเป็นที่สุด
(ง) ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมที่มีสิทธิได้รับรางวัลจะต้องแสดงหลักฐานหน้าจอผลคะแนนต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ของ บริษัทฯ ในบริเวณสถานที่จัดงานกิจกรรมในช่วงเวลาที่มีการจัดกิจกรรมร่วมสนุก ทั้งนี้ หากผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมไม่ดำเนินการ ถือว่าผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมได้สละสิทธิในการได้รับของรางวัลดังกล่าว และผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะไม่เรียกร้องสิทธิใด ๆ อันเกี่ยวเนื่องกับการสละสิทธิดังกล่าว หรือค่าชดเชยใด ๆ จากการสละสิทธิดังกล่าว
(จ) ทั้งนี้ เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต ของรางวัลนี้มอบให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมตามสภาพ โดยไม่มีการรับรองหรือรับประกันใด ๆ ไม่ว่าโดยชัดแจ้งหรือโดยปริยาย เกี่ยวกับคุณภาพ ความเหมาะสมในการใช้งานตามวัตถุประสงค์ ความสมบูรณ์ หรือลักษณะอื่นใดของของรางวัล รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียง ความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นภายหลังการส่งมอบ ความเสียหายระหว่างการขนส่ง หรือความเสียหายอันเกิดจากการกระทำหรือละเว้นของผู้ผลิต บริษัทในเครือ หรือบุคคลภายนอก ตลอดจนความเสียหายอันเกิดจากเหตุสุดวิสัย
(ฉ) ในการร่วมเล่นกิจกรรมร่วมสนุก ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะต้องประพฤติตนอย่างเหมาะสม ไม่กระทำการใด ๆ อันเป็นการรบกวน สร้างความเดือดร้อน หรือก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อบริษัทฯ ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมอื่น หรือบุคคลอื่นใด ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ อาจมอบหมายให้บริษัทในเครือ หรือบุคคลอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวข้อง เป็นผู้ดำเนินการ มอบ ชำระ หรือจ่ายรางวัลให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในนามของบริษัทฯ ได้ตามความเหมาะสม โดยในกรณีดังกล่าว บริษัทฯอาจจำเป็นที่จะต้องนำส่งข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมรายที่ได้รับรางวัล เช่น ชื่อ นามสกุล และที่อยู่อีเมล เป็นต้น ไปยังบริษัทในเครือหรือบุคคลอื่นใดที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ดำเนินการมอบ ชำระ หรือจ่ายรางวัล ให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ทั้งนี้ เพื่อประโยชน์ของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
5. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะมีสิทธิได้รับรางวัลตามที่กำหนดภายใต้เงื่อนไขการรับรางวัล ก็ต่อเมื่อผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมได้ปฏิบัติถูกต้องตามกติกาและเงื่อนไขการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทั้งหมดแล้วเท่านั้น ในกรณีที่บริษัทฯ ตรวจสอบและพบว่าผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมรายใด มีคุณสมบัติไม่ครบถ้วน ปฏิบัติฝ่าฝืน หรือปฏิบัติไม่ถูกต้อง ตามกติกาและข้อปฏิบัตินี้ บริษัทฯ สงวนสิทธิที่จะเพิกถอนสิทธิในการได้รับรางวัลของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมรายดังกล่าวได้ในทันที
6. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม ตกลงและรับทราบว่า เพื่อให้เหมาะสมและสอดคล้องตามสถานการณ์และข้อเท็จจริงที่อาจมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง บริษัทฯ อาจใช้ดุลยพินิจในการปรับเปลี่ยน แก้ไข หรือยกเลิกไม่ว่าส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดหรือทั้งหมดของ รูปแบบ เนื้อหา กำหนดการ ตลอดจนกติกาและเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ ของกิจกรรมร่วมสนุกได้ตามที่บริษัทฯ เห็นสมควร โดยจะแจ้งให้ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทราบล่วงหน้า ก่อนที่กติกาและข้อปฏิบัติการเล่นกิจกรรมร่วมสนุกฉบับใหม่จะมีผลใช้บังคับ
7. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมรับทราบและตกลงว่า กติกาและข้อปฏิบัติการเล่นกิจกรรมร่วมสนุกฉบับนี้ จัดทำขึ้นเพื่อใช้บังคับกับ กิจกรรมร่วมสนุกนี้เท่านั้น และให้ถือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของกิจกรรม ที่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมได้ยอมรับตกลงแล้ว เมื่อทำการลงทะเบียน ("ข้อกำหนดหลัก") โดยอนุโลม ในกรณีที่กติกาและข้อปฏิบัติการเล่นกิจกรรมร่วมสนุกฉบับนี้ มีข้อความที่ขัดหรือแย้งกับข้อกำหนดหลัก ให้ถือว่ากติกาและข้อปฏิบัติการเล่นกิจกรรมร่วมสนุกฉบับนี้ มีผลบังคับเหนือกว่า เฉพาะในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมร่วมสนุกนี้เท่านั้น สำหรับเรื่องใดที่ไม่ได้กำหนดไว้ในกติกาและข้อปฏิบัติการเล่นกิจกรรมร่วมสนุกฉบับนี้ ให้บังคับตามข้อกำหนดหลักทุกประการ
Rules and Participation Guidelines
For the "Quiz Season" Activity

• The "Quiz Season" activity (the "Activity") is organised by Bitkub Labs Co., Ltd. (the "Company") with the support from its business partner. The Activity is held within the event on 9 October 2026.
• Only a participant who has registered for, agreed to the terms and conditions of, and been approved to attend the "Bitkub INZIGHTS 2026 ตลาดฟื้น รับฤดูใหม่" event (https://luma.com/da7ppbga) shall be eligible to participate in this Activity.
• The participant may take part in this Activity 1 (one) time per person only. Participation rights are personal and non-transferable, and may not be assigned to another person, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for any other goods or benefits.
• By participating in this Activity, the participant acknowledges and agrees to comply with the following rules and guidelines:
• The participant must scan the QR Code to enter the Activity within the timeframe designated by the Company only.
• The participant must answer questions via the system designated by the Company at the venue.
• The top 14 participants with the highest accumulated scores shall be entitled to receive the following rewards:
Ranking 1: Trezor Safe 3, 1 unit (value 3,790 Baht)
Ranking 2: SafePal S1, 1 unit (value 2,190 Baht)
Rankings 3 to 4: CryptoSafe Pro, 1 unit (value 3,580 Baht)
Rankings 5 to 14: Bitkub GQ Polo shirt, 1 piece (value 1,990 Baht)
In determining the ranking of the participants entitled to receive a reward, the Company will allocate the rewards according to the order of scores displayed on the system (highest accumulated score and speed of response). The Company has sole discretion in respect of the conduct of the Activity, and the decision of the Company shall be final.
• The participant entitled to receive a reward must present on-screen evidence of their score result to the Company's staff at the venue during the period in which the Activity is being held. Should the participant fail to do so, the participant shall be deemed to have waived the right to receive such reward, and the participant shall not claim any right in connection with such waiver, or any compensation arising from such waiver.
• To the extent permitted by law, the reward is provided to the participant on an as-is basis. The Company makes no representation or warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, as to the quality, fitness for purpose, completeness, or any other characteristic of the reward, including but not limited to any damage occurring after delivery, any damage in transit, or any damage caused by the acts or omissions of the manufacturer, the Company's affiliates, or any third party, as well as any damage caused by force majeure.
• Throughout the participant's participation in this Activity, the participant must conduct themselves appropriately and must not engage in any behavior that disrupts, causes inconvenience to, or results in damage to the Company, other participants, or any other person.
The Company reserves the right to appoint any of its affiliates or any relevant third party to hand over, pay, or disburse the reward to the participant on the Company's behalf, as the Company deems appropriate. In such case, the Company may be required to share the personal data of the eligible participant such as first name, last name, and email address with the relevant affiliate or third party, solely for the purpose of facilitating the hand over, payment, or disbursement of the reward, and in the best interest of the participant.
• The participant shall be entitled to receive the reward under the applicable reward conditions only upon having fully complied with all rules and conditions governing participation in this Activity. Should the Company determine upon review that the participant does not meet the eligibility requirements or has violated or failed to comply with any of the rules and guidelines set out herein, the Company reserves the right to immediately revoke the participant's entitlement to the reward.
• The participant agrees and acknowledges that, in order to respond appropriately to changing circumstances and facts, the Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend, modify, or cancel any part or all of the format, content, schedule, rules, and conditions of this Activity as it deems appropriate. The participant will be notified in advance before any revised rules and guidelines come into effect.
• The participant acknowledges and agrees that these Rules and Participation Guidelines have been prepared solely for the purposes of this Activity and shall be read together with and form part of the terms and conditions accepted by the participant upon Registration ("Main Terms"), applied mutatis mutandis. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Rules and Participation Guidelines and the Main Terms, these Rules and Participation Guidelines shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency and solely in relation to this Activity. Any matter not addressed in these Rules and Participation Guidelines shall be governed by the Main Terms in all respects.
