Good - Some minor staining, little to no repair work

Fair - House looks tired, some repair work may be necessary 

Poor - Walls are heavily stained and in a state of disrepair, repair work will definitely be required

I am hoping to get my walls done around the same time as other interior/exterior projects I have on the go
