We're seeking authentic, high-energy content creators to produce short-form video content for TaxGPT's social media channels. This role is ideal for creators looking for steady, repeatable income and a long-term brand relationship—not one-off sponsored posts. This is an ongoing partnership that begins with a short pilot phase, followed by recurring production with weekly briefs and day-to-day publishing.
What We're Looking For
Ages 25–40, US-based, diverse backgrounds encouraged. You should be comfortable on camera with strong presentation skills and have basic familiarity with taxes or personal finance topics. Most importantly, you're a reliable producer who meets deadlines and delivers energetic, committed performances that feel authentic and relatable to regular people dealing with tax situations.
Flexible schedule with availability to produce 3–5 short-form videos per week during the pilot phase, with fast turnaround capability (24-hour windows per brief). Volume will be different after the pilot phase joining the program.
What You'll DoProduce 3–5 short-form videos per week from assigned creative briefs, following brand guidelines for setting, wardrobe, and tone. Content focuses on everyday tax scenarios—filing confusion, deduction questions, surprise bills, life events—that real people encounter. Deliver content within 24-hour turnaround windows. You only need to create and deliver the videos — TaxGPT handles all posting, scheduling, and publishing. Feedback and approvals are handled on a rolling, day-to-day basis—videos are reviewed, approved, and published continuously rather than in weekly batches.
Creators who are accepted into the ongoing program will receive recurring briefs each week with day-to-day communication, rolling feedback, and continuous publishing. Top performers may receive higher volume (7-15) and higher base rates over time.
Compensation & Earnings
$24 per approved video, paid weekly after approval. Tiered bonuses based on view milestones with uncapped earning potential, paid monthly. Bonuses are calculated by tier: videos earn the highest tier they qualify for, plus additional bonuses for any remaining views in lower tiers (200k views = $100, 500k views = $200, 1M views = $400; e.g., a video with 600k views earns $100 for hitting 200k, $200 for hitting 500k, plus prorated bonus for the additional 100k views). Top performers receive dedicated producer support, priority briefs, and higher base rates. This structure is designed to support consistent weekly earnings through recurring work, with upside tied to performance—not one-time deliverables.
