Role Overview:

A recent graduate with a passion for technology and sales. As a Sales Development Representative at VideoSDK, they will be trained and mentored to drive new business growth. They will learn to generate outbound leads through strategic outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and inbound lead qualification while working closely with Growth Leadership to build a strong sales pipeline. This is an excellent launchpad for a high-growth career in B2B Devtool sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and execute outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.

Identify potential customers across industries like healthtech, fintech, edtech, and onboarding platforms.

Understand VideoSDK's product offerings and communicate its value proposition clearly to prospects.

Qualify Inbound leads based on intent and use case.

Research target accounts to personalize outreach and improve response rates.

Meet monthly targets for outreach activity, conversations, and qualified meetings.

Share daily/weekly updates on lead generation activity and learnings.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, BCA, MCA, BTech or IT.

6 months to 2 years of experience; internship experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.

Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal.

Curious, energetic, and eager to learn about developer tools, APIs, and real-time video technology. ● Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections with confidence.

Required Education:

BE / BTech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology OR MCA, BCA, BSc IT, MSc IT
