Interview, Audition & Discovery Call Acknowledgement

Thank you for scheduling time to meet with Dr. Flow.

This acknowledgment applies to auditions, interviews, discovery calls, coaching conversations, mentorship conversations, talent evaluations, staffing interviews, creative opportunities, and other introductory meetings scheduled with Dr. Flow or Love In Action Network.

These conversations are intentionally brief and focused. Most sessions are approximately 15 to 20 minutes and are designed to help us determine needs, goals, alignment, readiness, and appropriate next steps.

By scheduling and attending your session, you acknowledge the following expectations.

Your Meeting

Your meeting will take place virtually through Google Meet, unless you are specifically given different instructions.

Please use the Google Meet link included with your scheduled appointment to join your session.

You are responsible for having access to a device, internet connection, microphone, and any other technology necessary to participate.

Whenever possible, join from a quiet environment where you can communicate clearly and remain present during the conversation.

Please Arrive On Time

Your scheduled time has been reserved specifically for you.

Please be ready to join your Google Meet at your scheduled appointment time.

Because these sessions are generally only 15 to 20 minutes, arriving late can significantly reduce the amount of time available for your conversation, audition, or interview.

Arriving late does not automatically extend your scheduled session.

If you arrive significantly late, your session may need to be rescheduled or may be considered missed.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Life happens, and sometimes plans need to change.

If you know that you cannot attend your scheduled session, please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment whenever reasonably possible.

Rescheduling in advance allows the appointment time to be made available to someone else and helps us respect everyone's time.

If an emergency or unexpected circumstance prevents you from providing 24 hours' notice, please communicate with us as soon as reasonably possible.

No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when you do not attend your scheduled session and do not communicate or make reasonable efforts to reschedule beforehand.

Repeated no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or failure to communicate may affect your eligibility for future opportunities with Dr. Flow and Love In Action Network.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include eligibility for:

Coaching

Mentorship

Performance training

Auditions

Staffing opportunities

Talent Pool opportunities

Interviews

Collaborations

Programs, projects, or other opportunities

A missed appointment does not necessarily result in automatic disqualification. Circumstances may be considered individually. However, reliability and communication are important factors when determining whether to move forward.

What to Expect During Your 15- to 20-Minute Session

Your session is designed to be focused, conversational, and useful.

Depending on the purpose of your meeting, Dr. Flow may ask about your goals, experience, challenges, interests, availability, current needs, or what you hope to accomplish.

For auditions or talent evaluations, you may also be asked to demonstrate relevant skills or share prepared material according to any instructions you received before your appointment.

For interviews, you may be asked about your experience, strengths, interests, availability, working style, and potential alignment with an opportunity.

For coaching, mentorship, or discovery conversations, you may discuss what you are currently working through, what you would like support with, and what type of training, coaching, mentorship, or next step may be appropriate.

Not every conversation will use the entire 20 minutes. The purpose is to gather the information needed to determine an appropriate next step.

Come Prepared

Please arrive ready to participate.

Review any instructions you received before your meeting and have any requested materials prepared.

You are encouraged to think about what you want Dr. Flow to know about you and what you would like to accomplish through the opportunity you are exploring.

You are also welcome to bring questions.

Professional Communication

Respectful, honest, and timely communication is expected before, during, and after your session.

If something changes, communicate.

If you are running late, communicate.

If you are no longer interested, communicate.

If you need to reschedule, communicate.

You do not need to have everything figured out before meeting with Dr. Flow. You are simply expected to respect the appointment and participate honestly in the conversation.

No Guarantee of Acceptance or Placement

Participating in an audition, interview, discovery call, consultation, or introductory conversation does not guarantee acceptance into a program, coaching relationship, mentorship, Talent Pool, staffing opportunity, production, project, collaboration, or other opportunity.

The conversation is part of the process of determining whether there is an appropriate next step.

Final Acknowledgement

By submitting this form, you confirm that you understand the expectations associated with your scheduled audition, interview, discovery call, or introductory meeting with Dr. Flow.

You understand that your session will generally take place through Google Meet and last approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

You understand that you are expected to arrive on time and be prepared to participate.

You understand that if you need to cancel or reschedule, you should provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever reasonably possible.

You understand that no-shows, repeated last-minute cancellations, or failure to communicate may affect your eligibility for coaching, mentorship, staffing, auditions, collaborations, programs, or other opportunities with Dr. Flow and Love In Action Network.
