By submitting this form, you are requesting participation. Your participation becomes effective only once the Organizer issues a proforma invoice and the contract has been signed by both parties (General Conditions, Clause 8.3). The contract includes mandatory clauses on insurance, decoration approval, and image/content licence — all detailed in the contract you will receive.
