- Partner with Account Executives to support the full sales cycle from qualification to closing
- Understand customer business and technical requirements and translate them into tailored solution designs
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, workshops, and technical presentations
- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise customers
- Design and validate solution architectures for customer environments
- Support Proof of Concepts (PoCs), pilots, and technical evaluations
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires
- Act as a trusted advisor on topics related to: Zero Trust Network Access, Network Access Control (NAC), Secure Wi-Fi access, Identity-driven security, Cloud security, Enterprise networking
- Collaborate with Product Management by sharing customer feedback and market insights
- Support channel partners and strategic alliances from a technical perspective
- Stay current on cybersecurity trends, competitive technologies, and industry best practices
