Pattern Commissions

This form will collect details and send me an e-mail directly to review what you're looking to get for a custom cross stitch pattern. 
I will work with you to provide a customized cross-stitch pattern for personal use. I use SVG image files and deliver them via PDF for high visual fidelity. Custom patterns range from $25 - 45 USD depending on complexity. Deposits for custom patterns start at $25 USD and if our agreed price for the commission is higher than $25 USD, this deposit will be applied toward our agreed total. You will be provided at minimum one working draft for review and a final draft before delivery of the pattern. We will have an initial consult via e-mail about your commission prior to any work being done.

Digital items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once delivered. If you have any issues accessing your files, please send me an e-mail directly and I will help you out from there. 
I reserve the image rights of any original designed commission. If you are interested in acquiring copyright/marketing rights of a design, please note this in your form. For patterns that include trademarked material that is not yours, I can ONLY create a pattern for personal use and only charge you for my labor in creating the chart. For patterns that include trademarked material that you own, you may use the commission as you please but be aware there may be an upcharge for this type of work.
I reserve the right to share images and mock ups of designed commission on my website, social media, and portfolio. If you would like your design to remain private, please note this in your form.
General turnaround time for custom patterns is 2-7 working days, depending on complexity and work load. I will always give an estimated time during our initial consult. Pattern commissions are moved to the top of my work pile and are worked on in the order they are received. I reserve the right to reject any commission, in cases where no work has started, full refunds will be issued.

✹ A note on digital mock-ups: I personally color-check all of my patterns with a threaded DMC color card for accuracy. The software I use to make patterns does not always render an accurate color compared to the physical thread intended to be used which is why my mock-ups will differ from the true finished product. I generally will include a threaded color palette photo along with the item when applicable or requested. If you have any concerns or questions about this, don't hesitate to send me a message!
