CFA 2026 Spring Volunteer Form

Thank you for expressing your interest in being a executive for Cure for All! Please make sure to thoroughly read our volunteer policies and team values.

Our Mission: Cure for All is a youth-led non-profit. We strive to raise awareness about cancer and empower communities to bring hope to those affected by it. We believe that compassion can make a lasting difference in the lives of individuals and families facing challenges of cancer treatment. Our mission is to inspire remission, provide a platform for education, and advocacy.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY

This summary of the Code of Conduct is designed to provide all Cure For All volunteers with a set of principles and exceptions for appropriate behavior. All volunteers whom submit this form shall abide by and confirm to these professional standards:

1. Volunteers will act honestly and ethically while in the performance of their volunteer duties.

2. Volunteers shall treat all CFA staff, volunteers, and community members with respect, courtesy, and dignity.

3. Volunteers shall not discriminate and shall be respectful of ethnic, national, and cultural and political differences,

4. Volunteers shall not harass, bully, or mistreat staff or other volunteers.

5. Volunteers shall obey all applicable local, state, and federal laws, while acting on behalf of CFA, including all laws and regulations that govern appropriate conduct in the workplace.

6. Volunteers shall deter wrongdoing and ensure accountability for adherence to the Code of Conduct.

7. Volunteers shall assist and cooperate with all CFA investigations.

8. Volunteers are expected to engage thoughtfully and responsibly in all online interactions where their affiliation with CFA is apparent.

9. Volunteers shall report violations or suspected violations of the Code of Conduct. Violations should be reported to the assigned staff partner or volunteer.cureforall@gmail.com.

10. Volunteers shall seek assistance if they have questions about any guidelines, including the Code of Conduct by contacting volunteer.cureforall@gmail.com.
