Execution Capital backs pre-seed and seed companies and helps them ship faster by pairing them with senior experts. We remove the cash bottleneck that kills momentum. We convert startup equity into immediate execution power so you can hire curated experts and build products now, instead of spending 6 months fundraising.

The Model:

Selected startups swap equity/or future equity for Venture Capital Interests (VCIs) via our dedicated investment vehicle, and VCIs are spent on professional services, support and milestones. Some startups may also receive cash by selling their VCIs to investors.

70% VCI Investment: We finance the majority of your project and the fractional expertise needed through VCIs which is backed by our portfolio of selected companies.

30% Cash Coverage: You cover the remaining 30% to align incentives.

Speed: Execute while competitors are still fundraising.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The 70/30 split explained above is only an average and not a commitment; some experts may ask for a different split, which you are free to accept or reject.
