Required documents may include items such as rabies certificate, spay / neuter certificate, SNAP 4DX, passing FAVN titer result, vaccination record, health certificate, microchip proof, owner passport, and flight or vessel details. Additional documents may be required depending on destination. Final review remains the client’s responsibility before submission.
