This diagnostic tool will estimate your organization's maturity on each of the four tenets of the FAIR Framework: Outcomes-Centered, Systems-Focused, Coalitions-Driven, and Win-Win. You'll see several multiple-choice questions over the next few pages that will ask you to reflect on your organization's practices, strategy, and climate, and indicate your agreement on a scale of "strongly disagree" to "strongly agree." For those of you who work in large organizations, answer the questions for the area of the organization you're most familiar or closest to. When in doubt, go with your gut feeling.
The diagnostic should take between 5-10 minutes to complete.
At the end, you'll see a brief explanation of your organization's maturity on each of the four tenets, based on your answers. Note that this survey is designed to be taken by individuals as a tool for self-reflection and learning, and does not replace a full organizational FAIR assessment.
