Campaign - helping create a public-facing campaign to engage the whole country in shaping our shared future

Strategy - translating public priorities into clear goals and practical plans

Action - building the organisational capability to follow through and deliver over time

Fundraising - supporting income generation - whether it's preparing grant applications, nurturing donor relationships, or encouraging public donations

Network & Partnerships - helping us reach every part of the UK and build trusted relationships with sectors and partners that bring capability, credibility and impact

Knowledge & Research - building a shared evidence based and understanding of UK realities, choices and trade-offs

Technology - developing platforms to enable large-scale public engagement, participation and dialogue

Communications - building public understanding, engagement and momentum around the National Strategy Project

Operations - putting in place scalable operations that underpin the whole system, and build a team to deliver
