North River Road Safety & Connectivity Survey

Your Community, Your Trail The City of Paso Robles is working to close a critical gap in our citywide "Grand Loop" trail network. We are planning a new Class I Multi-Purpose Trail along North River Road (between Union Road and River Oaks Drive) to provide a dedicated, safe route for students, commuters, and residents.
Due to the unique challenges of this corridor—including steep hillsides and the river floodway—the City is proposing the use of elevated structures (bridges) to bypass dangerous "pinch points" where the road is currently too narrow for safe walking or biking.
Your Feedback Matters We are in the early design phase and need your input to ensure this trail meets the needs of our community. Your responses will help us select the best materials, safety features, and lighting for the project. Additionally, the data collected will be used to secure state and federal funding to turn this vision into a reality.

This survey will take less than 3 minutes. Your participation helps us build a low-stress, ADA-compliant path that serves all ages and abilities.

Thank you for helping us make Paso Robles a safer place to move!
