Get short with wife and/or kids but recover quickly

We’re still pursuing each other consistently

We feel like co-parents managing logistics

We feel like distant roommates sharing a mortgage

Immediately try to solve the 'problem' for her

Withdraw because you don't know what to do with her emotions

Like we’re circling the same issues repeatedly

Like we avoid the real conversation altogether - we gave up trying

I question myself and my marriage more than I admit

I feel like I’m failing here - my wife does not seem happy

Occasionally feel appreciated and encouraged

Like nothing I do is enough - cannot seem to make her happy

Lack of emotional connection (laughter, joy, etc.)
