Interested in at least 1 Monday Praise Night in Charlotte

Parent/Guardian: I have read and understand the Magnify Dance Ministry Class & Rehearsal Expectations and agree to support my dancer in following them.

I have other ideas of ways to raise funds for Magnify

Magnify Dinner: Plan a pot-luck dinner for Magnify ministry team approximately. 1 month prior to the event.

Fundraising: Help with fundraising efforts. Update Canva fundraising booklet, send information to parents, collect orders and track in google sheets.

Event Booklet/Program: Update Canva event program with provided information, collect sponsorship advertisements, order programs, pick up and deliver to  Event.

Costumes: Help with mending costumes, washing, labeling, ordering, organizing, and preparing costumes on Dress Rehearsal and Performance days. Recruit and oversee costume helpers backstage during rehearsals and performances.

Concessions: Invite current vendors to participate in Event and recruit 4 volunteers to oversee the sales of water, t-shirts, cake pops. Develop and propose/implement a way to display merchandise/t-shirts/candles, Set up and tear down all merchandise.

Photography/Videography: Recruit existing vendors for videography if available. If unavailable, recruite new volunteers or professionals. Work with director on specifics.  Act as point of contact on dress rehearsal/performance.

House Management/Ushers: Recruit existing volunteers and act as point of contact for house management and ushers for the day of Event. Help with assigned seating and place reserved signs during dress rehearsal.

Musicians: Recruit existing orchestra, musicians, vocalists and act as a point of contact for musicians during the dress rehearsal. Inform musicians of their call times and ensure that they are on stage 5 minutes before call times. Provide instructions, sheet music and gather any technical information they need for the performance and provide to sound tech & director. Ensure orchestra chairs are stacked after performance. Give any issued costumes to musicians.

Pre-Ballet Backstage Helpers: Recruit, train volunteers to assist with the pre-ballet dancers backstage during dress rehearsal. Be the point of contact at dress rehearsal and event for back stage volunteers. Oversee to be sure little dancers are returned to their assigned seats at their call times.

Strike Leader: Organize clean-up schedule and helpers after the Promise! Event. Be the point of contact for any tear down questions.
