Skip the Business Systems Session?

The Business Systems session is for people who know their business but haven’t necessarily mapped the repeatable processes underneath it yet. If you already think in systems and can break recurring work into steps, decisions, and handoffs, you might not need it. Answer these, and I’ll tell you where to start.

1. Pick one thing you do repeatedly in your business: onboarding a client, publishing a newsletter, pitching an opportunity, running an event, etc. Walk me through what happens from start to finish.

It doesn’t need to be formal. I just want to see how you think through the process.

2. Using that same process, where are the decision points?connected?

For example: What happens if a client hasn’t signed the contract? What happens if someone says yes to a pitch versus no? What changes what happens next?

3. How do you currently make sure this process keeps moving?

For example: project management software, a database, recurring tasks, automations, a VA/team member, a checklist, your calendar, your memory, etc.

4. If you wanted to make that process easier, which parts would you be comfortable handing to AI or automation, and which parts would you want to keep control of?

5. What’s the biggest thing stopping you from improving or systematizing more of your recurring work right now?
