Just a quick note before you start. This form is long on purpose. All I need from you are your numbers and your decisions. I'll handle the hard part: the math, and building the plan around it. That way your plan meets you right where you are. This takes about 20-30 minutes if you have your numbers prepared.
This form covers both of you, so it works best if you fill it out together. Have both of your most recent pay stubs and bill amounts handy before you start. One partner guessing at the other's numbers is the most common reason a plan needs correcting later.
