Design Lever Academy is a structured pathway for experienced designers moving into leadership. There are 2 pathways, the Foundations path for senior designers with 5+ years of experience who are getting ready for leadership positions; and the Executive path for leaders with 8+ years of experience and at least 2 years leading a design team. You earn a Certified Design Leader badge upon completion from either of the paths.
