Welcome to Sip & Savor! We are so glad that you're considering joining us for Abilene's newest festival. We are working on securing our non-profit partner and choosing the perfect date and time. If you would like to be considered for this festival, please fill out an application and our team will be in contact soon.
Before you get started, be sure you're filling out the correct application. Please review the two options below.
Market Vendor Application
This application is intended for all non-food vendors, including cottage food vendors, artisans, makers, boutiques, and other retail or promotional vendors.
Fee: $85 per Booth
Includes: 10x10 High Peak tent, one 6-ft table, table linen, and two chairs
*Please note: Booth fees are not due at the time of application. If your application is approved, we will contact you with next steps.
Food Vendor Application
This application is for restaurants, food trucks, food-based companies that will provide food samples and collect tokens from attendees. A valid health permit will be required for all Food Partners.
Fee: $350 per Booth
Includes: 20x20 space with a 10x10 high peak tent, two 6-ft tables, table linens, 2 chairs, token collection jar, and signage.
