somatic support circle | autumn 2026

Somatic Support Circles | Weekly drop-in

Registration takes about 3 minutes. Read on for what to expect, or skip straight to the questions below.

At The Center (ATC) is offering weekly Somatic Support Circles: free, virtual spaces for grounding, somatic practice, and community. Circles are for criminalized survivors of gender-based violence and current and former sex workers. They’re facilitated by Samara (she/they), a criminalized survivor and somatic practitioner with over a decade of experience organizing with survivors and sex workers.

Circles are on Zoom and never recorded. Each week stands on its own, so come whenever you can. You don’t need to explain yourself or your experiences, now or ever, and no one is ever asked to share their story.
Please review the FAQs here before registering.

Further questions or access needs? Email info@atthe.center.

To keep this space grounded and held, capacity is limited. If your plans shift and you are no longer able to join, please let us know so someone else can join.

This form is confidential & intended to help us with communication and hear about any needs or requests you may have. Any communications will simply say "Somatic Circle". You do not need to explain yourself or your experiences, now or ever.

If you have any questions/concerns/access needs please reach out to info@atthe.center

* Clear Community Agreements incorporating the requests and responses we receive will be sent out ahead of session and reviewed together when we gather. *
More information about At The Center & Somatic Support Circles:
- Our work centers values of healing justice and abolition. We do not believe state violence can solve interpersonal violence, and we honor that all survivors have their own understanding of "justice", healing and safety. You do not need to have experience with any of these frameworks to join, but transparency about how we hold the space is important to us.
- This is a non-clinical peer support space. If you are currently needing crisis level care, please email us at info@atthe.center for resources. We hold this boundary not out of judgement, but as a recognition of our capacity & to keep the group safe.
