This season, over
40% of scheduled performances of
The Tragedy of Julius Caesar
were canceled
due to weather and actor illness.
As a result, thousands of New Yorkers who reserved tickets never had the opportunity to see
The Tragedy of Julius Caesar.
One option we’re exploring is
bringing the production
back
as the 2027 summer production.
This would allow significantly more audiences to experience the production while reducing production costs,
allowing NY Classical to invest those savings into strengthening the organization
for the future.
