Ecommerce Admin & Operation Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Ecommerce Admin Intern to support our ecommerce administrative and operation functions. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in backend ecommerce operations, store administration, and digital business management. The intern will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to maintaining an efficient online store presence.

Job Description

- Ecommerce Store Administration & Configuration (Shopify, etc.)

- Product & Content Management

- Order & Transaction Administration

- Inventory & Stock Administration

- Theme & Store Customization

- Reporting & Data Entry

- Delivery Operations

Job Requirements

- University student or fresh graduate preferred.

- Open to students from any related field.

- No experience required

- Ability to commit to [6] months internship period

Skill Requirements

Required:

- Know how to use Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM)

- Comfortable navigating web-based dashboards and admin panels

- Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms and online retail

- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy

- Email communication and professional correspondence
