These are how we formally collect your agreement for the collab. Each one is explained in detail in our Working Together Guide (link in your onboarding email). Please tick all of them to confirm — only the last one (the Spark Ad) is optional.

I'll edit the video myself and post it on my own TikTok account.

I'll put #ad / #sponsored in the first two lines of my caption, and turn on TikTok's Branded Content toggle (Settings → Ad settings → Branded content).

I'll upload my raw, unedited multi-spot footage to Goehner's MASV portal at the same time my TikTok post goes live. I understand my agreed payment is processed once both the live post and the raw footage are received — the exact amount is the one confirmed in our email thread.

Goehner's can remix my raw footage into IG Reels / Pinterest pins / blog embeds / brand-handle TikTok ads (clearly Goehner's-branded, not impersonating me) — for 12 months from when I post.

I get the creative do's and don'ts (no absolute safety claims, no '99% germ kill' claims, no naming competitors, no in-video 'buy now' / 'link in bio' CTAs, no discount code mentions). Full list in the Working Together Guide.

I'm cool with Goehner's running a Spark Ad on my TikTok post — Goehner's pays for the ad budget; the ad runs through my account, so all engagement (followers, likes, comments) it brings in is permanently mine.
