Fintech startup biniyog. io is hiring a "Content & Research Associate (English & Bangla)" in their Brand & Marketing department with a passion for bringing a positive change in society. biniyog. io is the first halal Shariah-certified alternative investment platform in Bangladesh, connecting regular people with profitable businesses for investments. We launched in Sep '21 and have since helped facilitate BDT 1.25 billion+ in Shariah-based financing till date.

🚀 Job Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities
- Write research-informed blogs and articles in English and Bangla under editorial guidance.
- Conduct deep research on topics related to Islamic finance, investment, business, and entrepreneurship.
- Review reports, articles, and credible online sources to extract relevant insights.
- Translate and adapt content between English and Bangla, ensuring clarity and proper context.
- Organize information into well-structured articles with headings and logical flow.
- Ensure distribution in multiple distribution channels in digital and social media.
- Occasionally take part in copywriting and other creative activities.
Content Quality & Improvement
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and readability in written content.
- Edit and revise drafts based on feedback from the Brand & marketing team.
- Follow content guidelines related to tone, style, and formatting.
Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with the Brand & Marketing Team on other assigned topics.
- Participate in topic research, outlining, and content planning discussions.
- Continuously improve research and writing skills through hands-on work and feedback.
What This Role Is Not
- This is not a generic content writing role.
- This role focuses on research-first writing, not social media captions or copy-paste blogs.

- Inclination towards Islamic finance
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong knack regarding research, content writing, & strategic communication.
- Candidates with 1 Year+ track record of relevant part-time jobs, extra-curricular activities, etc, with similar responsibilities will be given preference.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Proficiency with popular AI tools; updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Can commit to regular on-site working hours everyday after lunch.
- Fluent content writing skills in both English and Bangla.
- Curious, excellent attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Able to meet deadlines and incorporate feedback.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep research, critical thinking, and crafting well-argued articles in both English and Bangla.
🚀 Educational Requirements:
Ongoing graduation preferably from Marketing/Finance/Economics
(Candidates studying from any discipline with fine relevant track record on resarch-based content writing are encouraged to apply)

Weekly 25~30 Hours
Weekly Day off on Fridays & Saturdays

- Remuneration BDT 10,000 ~ 15,000 (will be offered based on role fit, track record, and qualification)

There will be an initial contractual period of 3 months, and you may have an extension of the contract after that, subject to satisfactory performance.
