ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a touring-capable, accessibility-aware, sound-literate technician/TSM (Technical Stage Manager) from a marginalised gender (ie people who identify as trans*, non-binary, women and/or from other marginalised genders).

Location: Ideally you’d be based in London or within 60-90 minutes travel from our base in Fleet, Hampshire, GU51. The role involves venue and festival touring, and overnight stays.

Experience: You’ll need some experience with live audio, ideally including RF mics, cabling, patching, IEMs and advancing shows with venue tech teams.
Flexibility: You’ll need a flexible schedule from May 2026 onwards to accommodate a significant level of additional planned project dates as they are confirmed. This role may not suit someone with significant fixed weekly commitments elsewhere.

Fee: The role will be paid in line with or above ITC / Equity rates, including travel and production days. PDs, accommodation and travel between tour venues and Fleet will be covered.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting with technical setups

- Mixing audio

- Occasional support with LX

- Sourcing, driving and loading/unloading the van.

- Merchandise setup

- Simple tour management (arranging meals, venue liaison, supporting accessibility needs)

Driving license: A license valid for UK driving is a requirement for this role.

The Artist: You will be working closely with SK Shlomo (they/them), supporting across a range of projects including their shows #BeatboxForKids and GOB, alongside their speaking commitments.

SK Shlomo is a multi-award winning touring performer and composer. Recent projects have included working with Jax Jones, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Basement Jaxx, and performances at Glastonbury, Royal Albert Hall and Edinburgh Festival.


KEY 2026 DATES:

Interviews: Wed 15 to Fri 17 Apr

Training/Onboarding: Tue 5 - Thu 14 May (flexible window)

Fixed gig/festival dates: You will need to be available for all of:

- Fri 15 May

- Tue 19 to Wed 20 May

- Fri 12 to Sun 14 Jun

- Sat 18 Jul

- Fri 28 to Sun 30 Aug

Additional provisional dates: 

- Mon 07 to Fri 11 Sep and Mon 14 to Thu 17 Sep

- Availability / Flexibility for significant level of additional planned project dates from May 2026 onwards.
