We offer an affordable in-depth feedback service to make sure your piece is up to scratch before submission.* This service does not provide edits, rather suggestions on steps you could take to improve the clarity, tone, voice, structure, and/or atmosphere of your work. If you pay us to provide feedback, it does not have to be submitted to our publication. We are very willing to provide feedback on work that you intend to submit elsewhere or use for other purposes.
Any written work submitted here must be under 4,000 words. If you would like us to provide feedback on a longer piece, please contact us at eccentricitiesmagazine@gmail.com with the word count and we will let you know of our rates.
We do not accept pieces made with or by AI in any way, including for editing or ideas. We're not going to waste our time (or yours) providing feedback on something that wasn't written by a real person. Besides, editing something made by or with AI usually takes longer than editing a poorly-written or poorly-structured human-made piece! It just doesn't sound natural!
