Hashed Emergent in partnership with Tether is proud to present Hashed Vibe Haus Nairobi, a curated founder residency designed to bring together the most ambitious early-stage builders working at the intersection of stablecoins, African payment infrastructure, AI-native fintech solutions and Agentic payments.

This is not a conference. Eight founders will be selected to live and work together in a private villa in Nairobi, Kenya for five days of focused building, one-on-one sessions, workshop and deep conversation. The residency is designed for founders who are serious about what they are building and are ready to scale with the help of top operators and investors in the ecosystem.

🌍 About the Program

Hashed Vibe Haus Africa is hosted by Hashed Emergent, one of Asia and Africa's most active early-stage Web3 funds. Across five days, selected founders will have access to world-class speakers from leading African ecosystem operators, and VCs, dedicated office hours with the HashedEmergent investment team, hands-on AI workshops, and a Stablecoin Day ecosystem mixer bringing together 30-50 of Nairobi's and Africa's most active Web3 and fintech builders, investors, and operators.

The residency closes with a Demo Day on the final evening, where each founder presents what they built or shipped during the week. Outstanding performers stands a chance to access potential funding opportunities and partnerships.

🧩 Who Should Apply? We are looking for founders whose work touches stablecoins, cross-border payments, AI-native fintech, Agentic payments, or the underlying rails of African finance.

Projects that: - Are actively building or willing to integrate with Tether's infrastrcuture.

- Have a working MVP, beta product, or live deployment.

- Are looking to raise funding or build strategic ecosystem relationships.

- Are solving meaningful problems with real-world impact and strong technical execution.

🏗️ Program Format: Applications open on June 2 and close on June 15, 2026. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis - applying early gives you the best shot at a screening call.

1️⃣ Stage 1 - Application Review

The Hashed Emergent team reviews all submissions. Shortlisted founders are contacted for a 30-minute screening call to get to know you, your company, and what you are working towards.

2️⃣ Stage 2 - Final Selection Eight founders are selected and notified. Every applicant receives a response - accepted or not by June 15, 2026.

The diligence process will play a key role in shaping insights; however, the final selection will be made collaboratively by Hashed Emergent and Tether, factoring in screening findings.

3️⃣Stage 3 - The Residency (June 23–28, Nairobi, Kenya)

Five days at the villa. Workshop sessions, office hours, co-working, and building. The week ends with Demo Day - each founder presents what they are currently building and shipped during the residency. No polished decks. Live product or working prototype only.
