1. Registration & Payment : I confirm that I have read and accepted the Terms & the following Conditions. I understand that my spot is only secured upon full payment (or deposit, if applicable) and receipt of a confirmation email from the organizers. I agree to pay any remaining balance by the specified deadline. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of my registration. 2. Health & Fitness : I certify that I am in good physical and mental health and capable of participating in dance, yoga, and wellness activities. I will inform the organizers of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect my participation. I understand that some activities may be physically demanding, and I participate at my own risk. 3. Code of Conduct : I agree to treat all participants, instructors, and staff with respect and kindness. I will follow the retreat schedule provided by the organizers. I understand that disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in my removal from the retreat without refund. 4. Liability Waiver : I release the organizers, instructors, and venue from any liability for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the retreat, except in cases of gross negligence. I confirm that I have travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and repatriation. 5. Cancellation & Refunds : I acknowledge the cancellation policy and understand that refunds are subject to the terms outlined. If I cancel my participation, I will notify the organizers in writing as soon as possible. 6. Force Majeure : I understand that the organizers are not responsible for unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest) that may affect the retreat.
