I'm Samuel. I've been practising Calisthenics and strength training for over ten years, competing in the discipline as well, and for years I've been coaching people who want to improve in calisthenics — no matter their starting point — towards goals they often thought were out of reach.
Before writing any programme, what matters most to me is truly understanding who you are: where you're stuck, what you've already tried, what works for you and what doesn't. That's what this form is for.
