Join us for a one-of-a-kind beachfront escape created especially for romance and fantasy readers!

Held at the beautiful Sunrise Paradise Beach House in North Topsail Beach, North Carolina, Pages in Paradise is an intimate, women-only retreat designed to bring together book lovers for a relaxing weekend of ocean views, great conversations, delicious food, and unforgettable bookish experiences.

Whether you spend your days reading on the beach, enjoying afternoon tea, shopping at a curated pop-up book fair, or making lifelong friendships with fellow readers, we hope you’ll leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and already counting down until the next retreat.

Before You Apply

Sunrise Paradise Beach House offers five beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms, including two oceanfront king suites, two Intercoastal-view queen suites, and one shared bunk room featuring two upper bunks and two lower full-size beds. On the next page, you'll select your preferred accommodation, indicate if you're booking with a friend, or choose to reserve an entire suite for yourself.

Due to our limited accommodations and unique room options, applications will be reviewed in the order they are received.

If a room matching your preferences is available, you’ll receive an email with your room assignment and instructions to reserve your spot. A non-refundable $100 deposit is required within 72 hours to confirm your reservation. If your deposit is not received within that time, your room may be offered to the next guest on the waitlist.

Additional purchases are optional. Throughout the weekend, we may host pop-up vendors (such as local bookstores, authors, or artisans) offering books, merchandise, and other items for purchase. Any purchases made with these vendors are entirely optional and are not included in your retreat fee.

A detailed itinerary will be thoughtfully curated based on guest survey responses and shared with confirmed guests prior to the retreat. Activities, vendors, and the final schedule are subject to change based on availability and other unforeseen circumstances.
