Maple Art Studio Commission Request Form- YERENJUN

Welcome to Maple Art Studio

I appreciate your interest in commissioning with us. Maple Art Studio was born in Singapore, and we work with a curated selection of talented Chinese illustrators and commissioned artists to bring your vision to life. ＜（＾－＾）＞

We are more than an agency. In an age of AI generating everything, we exist to prove that human hands still make a difference.

We act as the representative for our artists. We handle all communication, scheduling, and payment on their behalf, so artists can focus entirely on creating. Once you submit this form, we'll review your request and get back to you with a personalised quote and detailed commission form within 1 business day.

All commissions must be placed through Maple Art Studio's official channels. Contacting our artists directly to negotiate or place orders outside of our platform is not permitted and may result in cancellation of your commission and suspension from our services.

Artist discretion: Our artists reserve the right to decline any commission request. If your request is not accepted, we will let you know promptly, and no charges will apply.

Pricing Quotes are tailored to your request — complexity, style, character count, and intended use all factor in. Everything is confirmed before work begins.

Payment Full payment is required before work commences on all orders. Your slot is only confirmed upon receipt of payment. Quotes are valid for 5 business days. If payment is not received within this period, the slot will be released. We accept payments in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and US Dollars (USD). All rates quoted are in USD.

Quotes & cancellation Once we receive your enquiry form, we will reach out to you as soon as possible via the contact details you provided — whether that's email or social media — to discuss your requirements in detail and provide a personalised quote.

No payment is required at this stage. Work will only begin after you have reviewed and confirmed the quote, and full payment has been received.

If you need to cancel before the artist has started work, please let us know — cancellations at this stage are completely free, exclusive of any transaction or processing fees already incurred. Once the artist has begun work, payments made are non-refundable.

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil your commission due to circumstances on our end, a full refund will be issued.

Revisions We keep you involved at every stage, but revision terms vary between artists depending on their working style and medium. The specific revision rounds included in your commission will be confirmed in your quote. For this artist:

⬛ No direct pose or composition copying from references. Share your character's personality, mood, and story upfront — the richer the brief, the better the result. Works best with creative latitude. ⬛ All revision requests must be consolidated into one message before inking begins ⬛ Multiple rounds of conflicting feedback may result in cancellation

Delivery: Delivery timelines are confirmed at the time of booking. While we do our best to meet every deadline, Maple Art Studio is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. If a delay occurs, we will notify you promptly.

Refunds & Quality Disputes

Once all revision stages have been reviewed and approved in writing, we generally do not accept refund requests on the basis of quality or personal preference — your approvals at each stage confirm that the work is proceeding in the right direction.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances arise. We may consider a refund request in the following cases:

▪️The final delivery contains objectively verifiable errors that were raised during the process but left unresolved ▪️The completed work materially deviates from the original written brief in a way that cannot be remedied through further revision

In all other cases — including subjective dissatisfaction after stage approvals have been given — refund requests will not be accepted. If you have any concerns at any point during the process, please raise them before confirming each stage. We are always here to make sure the work is heading in the right direction before it's too late to change course

Usage rights

Personal use — avatars, headers, private collection. Included in base price. Commercial use-Commercial commissions are quoted individually based on usage scope, distribution scale, and licensing period. Please contact us directly via email (hello@mapleart.studio), or just fill your contact information in the form, and we will reach out to discuss the details.

Copyright : The artist may display the finished work in their portfolio unless an NDA is arranged (additional fee applies — please mention this in your form).

Our stance on AI: Before representing any artist, we conduct a manual portfolio review to assess the authenticity of their work. We do not work with AI-generated content, and we're proud of it. Commissioned works may not be used as training data for AI models, fed into AI tools for any form of derivative creation, or otherwise processed by generative AI. This applies regardless of whether the use is personal or commercial. Violations will be pursued under Singapore copyright law. The artist's right of authorship is also permanent and non-negotiable.

▪️Maple Art Studio makes no independent warranty as to the human authorship of any artwork beyond the representations made by the artist. If the commissioned artwork is found to involve AI-generated content, liability rests solely with the artist. Maple Art Studio shall not be held responsible for any resulting claims, losses, or disputes.

Our stance on copyright & unauthorised use: All artwork displayed or commissioned through Maple Art Studio remains the intellectual property of the original artist. Without explicit written permission, you may not reproduce, modify, adapt, resell, or use any artwork, including portfolio examples and completed commissions, for any purpose beyond the license agreed at the time of commission. Violations will be pursued under Singapore copyright law. If you share the work publicly, please credit the artist accordingly.

▪️Maple Art Studio acts solely as a representative agent and does not independently verify the originality of each artwork. If any work is found to infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights, liability rests solely with the artist. Maple Art Studio shall not be held responsible for any resulting claims, losses, or disputes.

Any disputes arising from commissioned works will be governed by the laws of Singapore.
