Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
• At least 2-3 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping in a Philippine-based company.
• Experience using any cloud accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, Zoho Books, or similar) is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and working knowledge of Philippine taxation.
• Able to interpret key financial reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Good written communication skills for preparing reports and process documentation.
• Professional attitude with strong interpersonal and coordination skills when dealing with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the setup, migration, and implementation of accounting systems for clients.
• Assist clients during onboarding, training, and initial use of accounting software.
• Review and monitor clients’ bookkeeping activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date financial records, reports, and reconciliations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client bookkeeping queries and coordination.
• Support internal reporting, scheduling, and other administrative accounting functions.
