Applications require a 300-500-word written statement describing how you meet the evaluation criteria.

Evaluation Criteria: Venture traction - (Evidence of progress, validation, or growth) Use of funds - (Clear need and thoughtful plan for how the funds will be used) Venture potential - (Long-term opportunity and impact) The founder’s ability to execute - (Clarity, capability, and commitment)
5 applications will be shortlisted and will present their business live on stage. Pre-selected award winners will be announced during the Gala.

Applicants must plan to attend the gala and hold a valid student ticket.

✔ At the event, all applicants will be formally recognized and featured in the program as a 2026 TEM Student Founder.

✔ Each applicant will receive a certificate acknowledging the work and commitment involved in building a venture while being a student.

✔ Applicants will also have the opportunity to network with business owners and community members in attendance.
