Next Level Graphic Designer

Bisher & Partners is a Saudi-based advisory firm specializing in strategy, legal, technology, and venture services. We work with startups, SMEs, and investors across the Saudi market.

We're hiring a Graphic Designer who can handle marketing and visual design (social media graphics, presentations, marketing materials, profiles, and more) You'll be producing design assets while maintaining brand consistency.
Work Arrangement

This role is based in Syria. You can work from anywhere in Syria, not necessarily Damascus. Please DO NOT apply if you're not based in Syria.

We're hiring urgently. If selected, you'll be expected to start this month.

Our headquarters is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, but you'll be contracting through our Syrian branch in Damascus. All work supports our operations in the Saudi market.

How many years of experience do you have as a designer?

Have you worked for the Saudi market before?

What was the title of your previous role?

Explain your design process when building a brand identity for an advisory or holding company. How do you translate abstract values like governance, permanence, and institutional trust into visual systems?

Provide one project where you built a complete visual system (not just assets). What components did you define? (Typography scale, grid system, iconography logic, color hierarchy, etc.)

If our flagship product had to be explained visually in one powerful key visual without using text, what would your concept approach be?

Describe a situation where you disagreed with a client or leadership direction on a design decision. How did you handle it, and what was the outcome?

You have multiple design requests and a new urgent one just came in, but no one is available to ask for direction. How do you decide what to prioritize?
