I understand that I am submitting a form to request a free session for a student in my care. I further understand that Logan Hahn Tutoring only provides one free session, per subject, per student. I further understand that Logan Hahn Tutoring only provides tutoring services in subjects under the categories of math and math-based sciences. I further understand that by submitting this form, that I am simply requesting tutoring services, and those services can be denied if a free session has already been offered to the student in the subject of concern.
