Are you an experienced renal nursing leader ready to shape care across multiple dialysis services?

Recruiting a Head of Nursing to provide strategic clinical leadership, support Clinic Managers and nursing teams, and drive improvements in patient safety, clinical governance and patient outcomes.

In this influential role, you will:

• Set and strengthen nursing standards across multiple sites• Lead quality assurance and service improvement initiatives• Promote evidence-based practice and professional development• Work with senior stakeholders to deliver safe, high-quality dialysis care• Provide visible, supportive leadership to clinical teams

What you’ll bring:

• Full, current NMC registration and relevant nursing qualifications• Extensive senior nursing leadership and management experience• Renal or dialysis experience, ideally in haemodialysis• Strong expertise in clinical governance, quality assurance and patient safety• A proven record of developing teams and delivering measurable improvements• Flexibility to travel between clinics

Applicants must currently be based in the UK and have the permanent legal right to live and work in the UK.
