We are looking for an experienced operations leader, an operations manager, nonprofit director of operations or business administrator, to run the day-to-day business of a growing, mission-driven organization. On July 1, 2026, St. Clement and St. Francis Seraph parishes amalgamated into one Franciscan parish. It now serves about 400 families, two Catholic elementary schools and a retreat center, along with a food pantry, a St. Vincent de Paul conference and other outreach to neighbors in need.
Many of our systems were built for a smaller organization. This role will assess what we have, keep what works, and build the finance, HR, technology, facilities and communications systems a larger community needs. If you have spent 5–7+ years making organizations run better, especially in social services, nonprofits or other community-serving work, and you want that work to serve a faith community, we'd like to hear from you.
