Neurodivergent Women's Hormonal Changes Peer Group Survey

Summit is exploring the possibility of developing a monthly peer support group for Autistic and ADHD women without a learning disability who are experiencing menstrual cycle related hormonal changes, perimenopause and menopause.
Research suggests that hormonal changes can significantly affect Autistic and ADHD women, including increased overwhelm, burnout, fatigue, sensory sensitives, emotional regulation difficulties, mood, cognitive and executive functioning difficulties. The aim of this peer group would be to provide a safe, supportive space to share experiences, practical strategies and social connection.
We would really value your feedback to help us understand whether this type of group would be helpful and what you would like it to include. Please take a few minutes to complete this anonymous questionnaire and share your thoughts, experiences and ideas. Your feedback will help us decide whether this group is needed and how it can best support neurodivergent women in Essex.
