Access to finance remains one of the most critical barriers facing entrepreneurs, business owners and women-led enterprises in Nigeria and across Africa. While many business owners operate viable businesses, gaps in documentation, compliance, financial records, and loan readiness continue to limit their ability to access institutional financing. In response to this challenge, Ritchkliniks Development Centre (RDC), in partnership with Ayzer, has developed an Access to Finance Programme designed to prepare entrepreneurs, youth and women-led businesses for structured financing opportunities through a phased, qualification-led approach. The programme is further supported by the Richard George Foundation (RGF), which provides social facilitation, advocacy, and inclusion-focused support aligned with its NGO mandate.
