02 WHAT OPERATORS DO
Operators help explain useful products and opportunities, organise local activity, gather feedback, support interested people and submit honest Proof. What you do depends on your strengths, location and the agreed brief.
03 COMPENSATION AND EARLY PROOF
There is no fee to join, and applying does not guarantee paid work. We are beginning by learning and building carefully with early Operators.
Paid opportunities will state compensation before acceptance. Ground may also invite people to optional early pilots or approve self-initiated Proof. Reliable contribution can build experience, verified Proof, reputation and priority for future opportunities.
