IJWA: THE STANDARD

THE STANDARD is a 16-week fitness, health, mentorship, and leadership program for men and women who are ready to take ownership of their body, habits, and long-term health. This program stops the recurring cycle of starting over, and gives you structure you can rely on.
This program focuses on:
- Building disciplined training habits
- Improving energy, recovery, and lifestyle health
- Addressing poor eating habits and generational health patterns
- Developing structure, standards, and leadership through action
