🎯 The role: "Ops & Analytics - Manager"
You will join the Strategy team with a strong focus on Operations & Analytics. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and analytics, with a clear mission: automate dashboards/reporting and turn operational data into actionable insights for senior leadership. You will work very closely with the Operations team while contributing to selected high-impact projects of the Strategy Team.
🔍 What you will do:
> Design, automate, and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting (SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, and other internal tools)
> Build reliable data pipelines and improve data quality, consistency, and usability for Ops and Strategy
> Partner closely with Operations teams to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and surface improvement opportunities
> Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior management
> Support and contribute to strategic and special projects led by the Strategy team, with a strong analytical angle
👀 What we are looking for:
> 2–4+ years of experience in Analytics, Operations, Strategy or similar roles
> Strong hands-on experience with SQL, PowerAutomate and BI tools; automation mindset is key
> Comfortable working with large datasets and operational KPIs
> Business-oriented, structured, and able to bridge data and decision-making
