Want to be part of what’s happening at ESM?

A few quick things to know:

• You can help with as little as 30–60 minutes at a time • Most roles are just a few hours total per year • You’re always welcome at any meeting (pizza + free childcare) • You can attend meetings in person or virtually • If your schedule changes, you can step back anytime

Event Planning - Brainstorm ideas and help organize one event with a small team

Digital Help - Emails, flyers, simple tech support (remote & flexible)

Photography - Take photos at 1–2 events to capture moments for families

Welcoming New Parents - Greet families, answer questions, help people feel comfortable

Community Outreach - Reach out to local businesses or neighbors for support

Food Drive Support - Help run a table during events

Monthly Meetings - Join us for pizza + childcare and help make decisions (45 minutes)

Behind-the-Scenes Support - Help where needed with small, manageable tasks
