Licensed to Cosplay was created with one goal in mind: giving cosplayers a place to celebrate their creativity beyond convention season. This event brings together anime fans, gamers, cosplayers, artists, musicians, and the Memphis nerd community for a day of live entertainment, shopping, food, and community.
We're looking for vendors and sponsors who share our passion for creativity and fandom.
Vendor Table - $70
Your vendor registration includes:
- One vendor space
- One 6-foot table
- Two chairs
- Promotion on Otaku Asylum's social media before the event
- Access to attendees throughout the event
- Opportunity to network with fellow creators and businesses
Event Sponsor - $100
Sponsors receive:
- Logo placement on event promotional graphics
(where applicable, which will include on stage graphics)
- Recognition on Otaku Asylum social media
- Recognition during the event
- The opportunity to connect directly with attendees and support Memphis's growing cosplay and geek community (2 passes)
